I don't think any kind of skill is required to keep any culture alive. But strong "will" is required. We should feel proud of our culture, language, customs, rituals, and our roots. Young parents should introduce and develop this feeling in their kids. Our kids are growing in a different environment, away from our roots. At the same time only feeling is not sufficient but some action is required such as frequent cultural activities. I hope this e-group will help all of us to stay connected not only with each other but with our culture.
Can you start a blog or modify this with devnagari script? So that all of us can read and write in Marathi.
